ADC offset to be used as follows:

 adc(i) = INT( ABS( raw_adc(i) - 32768 ) - offset(i) + 0.5 )

This is a first pass analysis with ~90% of the ADC offsets and something approaching ~95% achievable
(64 channels of nnaida19 not operational).
 
Recommend ignoring those with INL > 1%, offsets > 500 channels
