RIKEN public address system reports that TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) - the site supplier - is having region-wide problems. The third power dip stopped DAQ. Unable to recover by restarting merger Power cycle FEE64s 16.20 DAQ restarts (file Sept2016/R22) 19.05 DAQ stops Because of risk of power outages due to TEPCO distribution problems we have powered down AIDA and Julabo FL1006 chiller and disconnected from ac mains.
