No evidence of ~1s oscillations but we do observe ~360us oscillations in HEC-HEC, LEC-LEC and HEC-LEC times

Note also 'random' spikes in s2200 DSSSD#1 HEC-LEC time. This may suggest an increase
in noise or fluctuations in noise level.
