Leak goes down to 1E-9 mbar l second</p> <p>Tightened four bolts closest to leak to 170 Nm. Leak disappeared (<1E-11 mbar). Tested repeatedly all around CARME including left hand side of 600 COF flange. No leaks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vented.
