Change in pressure quite apparent. Left elements at temperatures above. May consider increasing everything to 150 tomorrow assuming detector temperatures do not change.</p> <p>May also consider conditioning NEG elements in intermediate and DSSD wall chambers with 15W power (150C?) during baking as per SAES procedure. We never did this before, but we never baked as such low temperatures either. Will have to activate NEG elements after conditioning either way.</p></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </p><p> </p>
