We opened the manual gate valve followed by the T1600 valve.</p> <p>After reaching ~10^-2 mBar we started the following turbos:</p> <ul> <li>Up 1</li> <li>Up 2</li> <li>Down 1</li> <li>Down 2</li> <li>T1600</li> <li>Entrance 3</li> <li>CSSM</li> </ul> <p>By 15:30 the CSSM turbo had reached 56 krpm operating speed and the Up and Down turbos had reached 833 Hz operating speed.</p> <p>At 19:51 just before we left the lab the pressures read, in mBar:</p> <ul> <li>TPU1 = 3.7e-6</li> <li>TPU2 = 6.9e-7</li> <li>TPD1 = 1.0e-6</li> <li>TPD2 = 1.2e-6</li> <li>CHUP = 6.0e-6</li> <li>CHDW = 1.4e-5</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </p><p> </p>
