Testing the behaviour of powering down the fast ADCs in aida01 (the hot FEE)

Set local control 2 to 0xff in aida01
Wait... see temperature drpos by ~3 degrees (PJCS reports much larger drop in T9)
So far so normal

*but*

aida05 rates go very high when this waveform is disabled!!
Set local control to 0x00 again
They drop back...

Recalibrated FADCs and back to normal
