Restart AIDA

aida06 took three attempts to boot today :(

All system checks OK, ASICs aligned

Run DAQ without merger - looks okay, all FEEs working

When connecting to merger aida15 drops connection, solution restart merger

Aida13 not sending data - do an ASIC check/load

Finally all DAQs send data, merger is happy with all 16 FEEs

Open run R6 on disk
