15.05 Stopped alpha run - file R9_18 at 14.50
      lowered slow comparator threshold from 100 to 10
      good event statistics were ok, but with FEE1 at 400k (attachment 13)
      did check on ASICs, stats were behaving ok (attachment 14)
      took waveforms, were not initially triggering on p+n side. Change threshold from 8000 to 8500 (attachment 15, 16)

15.12 start new file (alpha run, R10)
      changed threshold back to 100 from 10
      Merger and TapeServer ok
