Tuning accelerator and FRS, believed since 3AM we are implanting on AIDA.

FEE issues:
One HEC in aida03 seems to be empty - LEC channel fills
aida09 has a lot of weird channels, check/load doesn't seem to fix
aida10 still no data after cable replaced

DSSD leakages OK - slightly higher now

Temps good
