Approximately 5-10% of events overnight were 'bad' i.e. missing TDC data

Checked the CAEN V767 trigger/channel 0 logic (without beam) this morning
and observed that the delayed event trigger was within 20-30ns of trailing
edge of MON2 (trigger accepted). Increased width of MON2 from 100ns to 150ns.

Check whether this change reduces or eliminates 'bad' events when beam 
returns.
