After adjustment of thresholds the rate of BRIKEN noise
was reduced to 4.5kHz
The corresponding configuration file is:
181030_Conf_BrikenFull_LowThrAdj_masterCLK.xlsx
To be decided if we want to reduce further the noise rate

We also changed the calibration of the F11 plastic to have it in the histogram range
F11_PL_R_LG: 2.73 -> 1.0 
F11_PL_L_LG: 2.32 -> 2.0


Further adjustment of few channels: Now noise rate is 2.7kHz

We remove partially the floor rails of EURICA 
to proof that it is possible to move BRIKEN + AIDA.

See attached photographs of the present status.
This will allow eventually to move both detectors by about
1 meter to have a better focus at the implantation position.
This movement could be done with a minimum of cable disconnection
using the wheels of both support tables.
